Carbon Z Performance Brake Rotors
Carbon Z Rotors are the technology leaders in slotting, cross-drilling, cross-drilling & slotting and diamond slotting. On Street applications, we machine all slots and holes with rounded edges or what is called “Sinusoidal Curves”. These advanced CNC machining methods put Carbon Z performance rotors above the rest in quality, performance, reliability and appearance.
Rotor production starts by selecting the finest OE quality blanks available in the market. Each brake rotor is then studied and analyzed to insure that surface quality, vent design and finished surfaces meet or exceed OE and our strict standards. The specific pattern is then dimensionally mapped with a computer design program for the application. Next, the rotors are precisely machined using CNC machines to ensure that the highest consistent quality can be achieved.
